Aluminium Windows & Doors
ACS (Antvic Craft Studio) was appointed as specialist sub-contractor for the supply and installation of aluminium windows and doors at Windus Road — a five-storey mixed-use development in Stoke Newington, London N16, delivered for private clients Chaim and Joel Greenfeld.
The scheme involved the demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new contemporary building providing 9 residential flats spanning 6,690 sq ft alongside commercial units totalling 4,413 sq ft. Our aluminium package covered the full external envelope across both the residential and commercial elements, coordinated to the building’s contemporary design language.
The development creates a harmonious blend of residential and commercial spaces, and our team delivered a glazing package that serves both the functional performance requirements of each use and the aesthetic ambitions of the overall scheme.
Package Breakdown
Supply and installation of thermally broken aluminium windows across all nine residential flats and commercial units, delivering thermal efficiency, security performance and a clean contemporary finish to the five-storey facade.
Residential entrance and apartment door systems alongside commercial entrance doors — all specified to appropriate security and accessibility standards for their respective use and designed to complement the building’s modern aesthetic.

Windus Road is a five-storey mixed-use development at 10–20 Windus Road, Stoke Newington, replacing the existing structure with a contemporary new-build providing 9 residential flats (6,690 sq ft) and commercial units (4,413 sq ft) designed to support a variety of business activities.
The scheme creates a dynamic blend of living and commercial space within the local community — a model that reflects the evolving character of Stoke Newington and the surrounding area.
