Aluminium Windows, Doors & Glazing Systems
ACS (Antvic Craft Studio) was appointed as specialist glazing sub-contractor for the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems at The Heights Annex — a striking 5-storey residential extension in Harrow, developed for client Dandi.
Working alongside the main contractor on this 32-unit shared living development, our team delivered a coordinated aluminium glazing package designed to complement the building’s contemporary facade and maximise natural light throughout. A key feature of each unit is floor-to-ceiling windows with glass security balustrades — a specification we delivered to meet both performance and aesthetic requirements.
The project demanded precise installation across five storeys of new-build extension, with each unit requiring thermally efficient, secure aluminium systems aligned to the high-quality shared living standard set by the developer.
Glazing Package Breakdown
Supply and installation of floor-to-ceiling aluminium windows across all 32 units, engineered for thermal performance and maximised natural light — a central design feature of the scheme.
Entrance and communal aluminium door systems for the five-storey extension, specified to residential security standards and coordinated with the building’s contemporary facade design.
Installation of glass security balustrades to all units as specified — providing safety compliance while maintaining the open, light-filled character of the floor-to-ceiling window design.
About the Development
5-Storey Shared Living Extension, Harrow
The Heights Annex is a new 5-storey front extension to an existing residential development at 59–65 Lowlands Road, Harrow. The scheme delivers 32 modern sui generis units, each with a private shower room and access to shared kitchens on every floor — equipped with dual cooking facilities and comfortable dining areas.
Each unit includes built-in storage and a mobile height-adjustable desk. The outdoor design introduces a vibrant four-season landscape featuring multi-stem evergreens, a tranquil water feature, and an open-sided pavilion with a biodiversity roof.
