Aluminium Windows, Doors, Railings & Copings
ACS (Antvic Craft Studio) was appointed as specialist sub-contractor for the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, railings and copings at Scarbrook Road — Boulevard Point, an 11-storey residential development in the heart of Croydon town centre, delivered for client Zarwah Scarbrook Ltd.
Boulevard Point is a brand-new development featuring beautiful landscaping, cycle parking and amenity space in one of South London’s most active regeneration zones. Each of the 42 flats is finished to a high standard with a modern design scheme, and our aluminium package was specified to complement the building’s contemporary facade across the full height of the eleven-storey tower.
The development comprises 13 three-bedroom flats, 20 one-bedroom flats and 9 two-bedroom flats — a varied mix that required careful coordination of window and door schedules across different unit types and floor levels.
Package Breakdown
Supply and installation of thermally broken aluminium windows across all 42 flats and communal areas of the eleven-storey tower, coordinated across three bedroom types and multiple floor levels.
Entrance, communal and residential aluminium door systems throughout the development, specified to PAS 24 residential security standard and designed to match the high-quality specification of each flat’s interior finish.
Fabrication and installation of external railings to balconies and communal areas throughout the development, engineered to structural and safety standards and finished to complement the building’s contemporary design language.
Supply and installation of copings and flashings to parapet walls and roof edges, providing long-term weatherproofing and a clean, professional architectural finish to the upper elevations of the tower.

Boulevard Point at Scarbrook Road is an 11-storey residential tower in Croydon town centre, delivering 42 high-quality flats with beautiful landscaping, cycle parking and amenity space. The unit mix comprises 13 three-bedroom, 20 one-bedroom and 9 two-bedroom flats, each finished to a modern design scheme.
The project was won through a highly competitive tender and positions Croydon’s ongoing town centre regeneration — a development designed to set a benchmark for quality residential accommodation in the area.
