Aluminium Windows, Doors, Railings & Copings
ACS (Antvic Craft Studio) was appointed as specialist sub-contractor for the supply and installation of aluminium exterior windows, doors, railings and copings at Goodhall Street — a complex residential development in Park Royal, London NW10, undertaken for client Woodstock Property Two.
This project presented significant challenges from the outset — including close proximity to the National Rail Network, difficult site logistics and distinctive existing façade features that demanded careful coordination. Our aluminium package was delivered across the full height of the part-nine and part-four storey building, requiring precise sequencing alongside groundworks and basement excavation.
The delivery programme was critical and closely monitored by the client’s representatives. Our team maintained schedule and quality standards throughout, delivering a comprehensive external envelope package across all 38 residential units.
Package Breakdown
Supply and installation of thermally broken aluminium windows to all 38 residential units and communal areas, coordinated to the building’s elevational requirements across both the nine and four-storey elements.
Entrance and residential aluminium door systems throughout the development, specified for residential security compliance and designed to complement the building’s contemporary architectural facade.
Fabrication and installation of external railings throughout the development, including balcony and terrace guarding — designed to meet structural and safety standards while enhancing the building’s exterior aesthetic.
Supply and installation of flashings and copings to parapet walls and roof edges, providing weatherproofing and a clean architectural finish to the building’s upper elevations.
About the Development
Part-Nine & Part-Four Storey Residential, Park Royal
Goodhall Street is a part-nine and part-four storey residential development in Park Royal, NW10 — one of London’s most active regeneration zones. The scheme involved the excavation of a basement and construction of 38 self-contained residential units with cycle parking, landscaping and a children’s play area.
The project’s proximity to the National Rail Network and complex logistics presented significant programme and construction challenges, making careful sequencing and site coordination essential throughout the delivery.
