Aluminium Windows, Doors & Curtain Wall
ACS (Antvic Craft Studio) was appointed as specialist glazing sub-contractor for the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors and curtain wall systems at Brondesbury Park — a large-scale residential refurbishment and extension in Willesden Lane, London NW2.
This complex scheme involved the refurbishment of an existing building, the redevelopment of a gymnasium block, and a partially four and five-storey extension to the main building — including an additional storey with a central infill. Our aluminium glazing package was delivered across all phases, coordinated to meet the varied elevational requirements of each element of the development.
The 162-unit scheme required a high-volume, precisely sequenced glazing installation across multiple building phases, with our team working closely with the main contractor to maintain programme and quality throughout. The result is a development that delivers high-quality accommodation with generous natural light and strong external kerb appeal.
Glazing Package Breakdown
Supply and installation of thermally broken aluminium windows across all 162 studio units and communal areas of the refurbished and extended building, coordinated across multiple phases of the works.
Entrance, communal and residential aluminium door systems across the refurbished block, gymnasium redevelopment and new extension — all specified to residential security and accessibility standards.
Aluminium curtain wall installation to key elevational features of the extension, delivering a continuous glazed facade with thermal break performance and architectural quality across the four and five-storey frontages.

Brondesbury Park at 233 Willesden Lane is a comprehensive residential development encompassing the refurbishment of an existing building, redevelopment of a gymnasium block, and a new partially four and five-storey extension with additional storey and central infill.
