Aluminium Windows, Doors & Curtain Wall
ACS (Antvic Craft Studio) was appointed as specialist glazing sub-contractor for the supply and installation of all external aluminium systems at Marlborough Court — one of Milton Keynes’ most ambitious office-to-residential conversions.
Working alongside the main contractor on this prominent 112-unit development, our team delivered a fully coordinated package covering high-performance aluminium windows, aluminium entrance and apartment doors, and a bespoke curtain wall façade system — each engineered to complement the project’s stone-clad exterior and dark bronze architectural accents.
The building’s four-storey profile demanded precise curtain wall detailing to maintain weather performance across varied elevational treatments, while the deliberate rhythm of window orientations required careful fabrication scheduling within the 2024–2025 construction programme.
Glazing Package Breakdown
Supply and installation of thermally broken aluminium casement and fixed-light windows across all 112 apartments and communal elevations, coordinated to the project’s elevational rhythm.
Communal entrance and apartment aluminium door systems, including main lobby entrances and private access doors, specified to PAS 24 enhanced security standard for residential occupancy.
Bespoke aluminium curtain wall installation to key elevational features, providing a continuous glazed façade with integrated drainage, thermal break, and acoustic performance for residential use.

Office-to-Residential Conversion, Milton Keynes
Marlborough Court represents the redevelopment of an existing office building into 112 luxurious one and two-bedroom apartments on a prominent 3.2-acre corner site in Linford Wood. The four-storey scheme incorporates a two-storey extension designed to blend seamlessly with the retained structure through material harmony and considered elevational treatment.
